The outpatient therapy and rehabilitation department at Roane General Hospital evaluates and treats individuals who have been affected by illness, injury or disease. We offer physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy services. Therapy is designed to help achieve optimal movement, function and safety; to relieve pain; and to promote health and wellness. Our therapists can provide specialized treatment plans by completing a musculoskeletal and/or neuromuscular and other evaluations. These evaluations are used to understand parameters of pain, impairment and dysfunction. The therapist can then individualize your rehabilitation and treatment program, combining information from your provider with therapy evaluations.
